How do I add missing frames to my Optify site?

Missing frames on your Optify site? Watch this video to learn how to add frames and request brands.

📌 Important: We use our Optify catalog and Frames Data's online catalog to match and upload your inventory. We typically match anywhere from 60-80% of your inventory. This match rate can be affected by the way you input frames into your EHR.

To ensure the best match rate please make sure you copy the frame names, colors, and codes exactly as the brand or manufacturer provides them. Including the UPC codes helps too! If there is something that you don't see it's either we don't have it in our catalog or our system didn't pick up on a match.

If you would like to add frames to your site you can do so by going to your admin dashboard. 
Inventory -> Frames -> Add Frame
