The walkout campaign is intended to bring back patients to your site post-exam who did not make a purchase.
The marketing flow will contain an email, a text message, and a second email. Patients will only receive a text message if they do not open the campaigns within 1 hour Please see the screenshots below of the templates.
If you are a non-connected user you will upload a CSV file of the patients you wish to send the campaign to in your admin dashboard.
Connected users will automatically have this campaign sent the day after the patients' appointment if they did not make a frame purchase during the appointment.
