The pre-shop message is meant to encourage your patients to pre-select frames before their upcoming appointment.
The marketing campaign will contain an email and a text message. Please see the screenshots below of the templates.
If you are a non-connected user you will upload a CSV file of the patients you wish to send the campaign to in your admin dashboard.
Connected users will automatically send this campaign 2-days before the appointment.
