What inventory information does Optify need to launch my site?

Populating frame images and details on your Optify site requires a few pieces of information. Read what information is preferred.

When launching your Optify site our Customer Success team will collaborate with your practice to gather the information needed. 

Here is an example of an inventory file. The items labeled with a * are what is necessary to read the data from your EHR.

If you do not have your inventory data in your EHR or practice management system or do not have these systems in your practice, our Customer Success team will work with you to gather data in other ways.
