      How to send pre-shop and walk-out messages to specific appointment types

      You can market to only specific appointments you have listed in your EHR for the walk-out and pre-shop messages

      1. Log into your dashboard and click on the marketing tab that is located on the left-hand side

      2. All of your marketing campaigns will be displayed on that page

      3. In the right-hand corner of the "pre-shop" and “walk out” campaigns you will see a gear icon please click it 

      4. Displayed will be all of the appointments you have listed in your EHR. Please check the box on the left-hand side of  “APPOINTMENT TYPE IS ONE OF”.

       

      5. Then please select the appointments you WOULD like to market those campaigns to

       

      6. Please make sure you click the save button at the bottom of the page.
