How to launch the CrystalPM integration with Optify

Follow these simple steps to initiate the CrystalPM and Optify integration.

If your CrystalPm is Cloud Based:

Please email our customer success team at launch@optifyonline.com and we will complete the integration. 

If your CrystalPM is hosted by a third-party IT service provider: 

Please connect our implementation team at launch@optifyonline.com with the company support person or contact that hosts your CrystalPM server.

If your CrystalPM is Server-Based: 

Please download TeamViewer on the computer that your CrystalPM server is on. 

Instructions for providing TeamViewer access:

  1. Ensure that you are on your EHR server computer, not a workstation
  2. Download and install the free TeamViewer
    1. Go to https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us
    2. Select the "Free Download" button in the right-hand corner
    3. Click on the "Download for free" button at the bottom of the first box you see
    4. Select the operating system (OS) and or platform you use
    5. Scroll until you see "TeamViewer QuickSupport" and select the bit amount based on your machine specs. If you are unsure of the bit quantity please select the 64 option
    6. Please follow the prompts the computer gives you to finish the installation
  3. Once TeamViewer has been downloaded please reach out to launch@optifyonline.com to schedule a time block to complete the integration
