How to add lenses to your Optify inventory

You have the ability to add lenses directly in your Optify dashboard. This will allow you to add them to price quotes as well as allow patients to purchase online.

1. Log into your Optify admin dashboard

2. On the left-hand side click on the "Inventory" tab from the drop you will see "lenses" please select that

    

   

    

3. In the top right-hand corner please select "Add Lens" in the right-hand corner

4. You will want to insert the name, category, and material of the lens

5. If you would like to allow patients to purchase this lens online then you will toggle that option on for either optical frames or sunglasses

6. Price out the lens and click save
