Creating a Read-Only User in CrystalPM

CrystalPM read-only database access instructions

1. Navigate to the ADMIN tab in Crystal.
2. On the left hand side of the ADMIN tab, click on Integrations.
3. Click on the Recall\Scheduling\Statements Tab.
   
   
4. In the blank space under the Copy 4PConvert.exe 
   button, double click to show the hidden database  
   account creation buttons.
   
   
5. Click on the create read only user account button.

This will create your login for accessing the database. 
Username: user
Password: password
