How do I refund a home try-on fee in Optify?

Simple steps to refund the home try-on fee/deposit in the Optify admin dashboard.

📌 Important: You should only ever refund a home try-on fee if you do not ship frames to your patients.

Here are the steps to refund the holding fee:

1. Select 'Orders'
2. Click the tab that says 'All'
3. Search for the patient and select 'Refund holding fee'
