How do I provide Team Viewer access?

Instructions for providing TeamViewer access:

  1. Ensure that you are on installing TeamViewer access on your EHR server computer, not a workstation
  2. Download and install the free TeamViewer https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/
  3. Launch TeamViewer and you will see “Your ID” and “Password”. Copy and paste both of
    these and send them to Optify
