How do I provide Team Viewer access?
Instructions for providing TeamViewer access:
- Ensure that you are on installing TeamViewer access on your EHR server computer, not a workstation
- Download and install the free TeamViewer https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/
- Launch TeamViewer and you will see “Your ID” and “Password”. Copy and paste both of
these and send them to Optify
