      How do I export my inventory data?

      Find your EHR listed below and follow the simple instructions to export your inventory data.

      Revolution

      1. Access Reports > Inventory > Inventory
      2. Select Eyeglass Frames in the category droptown menu
      3. Click 'Search'
      4. Click the checkbox for 'Items with Stock' 
      5. Click the gear icon and select 'Export'

      CrystalPM

      1. Click Inventory
      2. Click Print Full List To File in the lower-right
      3. In the 'Save As' window that appears, add ".csv" to the end of the File Name
      4. Save the file
      5. Email to us

      Compulink

      1. Go to reports
      2. Inventory
      3. Stock
      4. Frames
      5. Click Begin
      6. Click the envelop export button at the top
      7. In the dropdown select the CSV option
      8. Save file
      9. Email attachment

      OfficeMate 

      1. Go to Reports 
      2. Click the "OnDemand" tab in the popup
      3. Click "Frame Listing" found in the column to the left
      4. Click "Preview"
      5. Make sure Product Type, Manufacturer, Designer/Series, Product Name are all checked
      6. At the bottom left please make check "CSV" and uncheck "printer"
      7. Click "Process"
      8. View file - you should be able to open it in Excel 
      9. Save file
      10. Email the CSV file to us!

      Eyefinity

      1. Reporting
      2. Standard Reports
      3. Inventory Reports
      4. Inventory Valuation
      5. Select frames from the dropdown
      6. Make sure 'Group by Collection' is selected
      7. Generate report
      8. Export to excel
      9. Email file to us! 

      MyVisionExpress

      1. Click on 'File' in the upper right-hand corner
      2. Select Reports
      3. Inventory
      4. Frame Inventory
      5. A new page will pop up - please make sure Manufacture and Collection are blank.
        1. Use today's date
        2. Check 'Exclude frames with the quantity of less than one'
      6. Click 'Search' in the right-hand corner
      7. The report will generate. On the right select 'Save As' 
      8. Name the file
      9. Save as type - 'CSV'
      10. Save
      11. Email file to us! 

      Uprise

      1. Go to reports 
      2. Select Inventory Stock On Hand & Valuation Report
      3. Verify that following
        - Location is correct
        - Product Category = Frames
        - Manufacturer/Brand/Model = ALL
        - Zero Quantities = In Stock Only
      4. Click Run - wait for report to populate
      5. Select 'Export Raw Data'
      6. Email file to us along with the upcharge formula for frame retail pricing.
        ex. (Cost x 2) + 15 

      EyeCloudPro

      1. Inventory Report
      2. Select the 'By store' tab at the top
      3. Store = All
      4. Vendor = All
      5. Brand = All
      6. Status = Ready for Sales
      7. Show by = Serial
      8. Output = CSV detail
      9. Save & Email CSV to us
