CrystalPM | OptifySync Upgrade: Before You Start

Three things you need to ensure before we get you started

1. Please make sure you are on the server that your Crystal Practice Management and Optify CrystalPM Integration software are installed, with administrator privileges. [If you are unsure check with your server administrator or office manager]

If you feel you are not the right person to get this done, please feel free to share the contact details of your IT Support person or your Server Administrator.

2. Take note of your Shop URL  and Authentication Code in the header of the upgrade email. [You will need these later]

3. Uninstall our previous Optify synchronization software i.e. Optify CrystalPM Integration (CrystalSync). This MUST be uninstalled prior to installing Optify Integration.
